I started physical therapy (PT) again. I was not insured briefly, then I had insurance which didn't cover PT. It is painful but I need it in order to just maintain mobility. I am not able to post for a day or so after I go for PT. I had PT on Tuesday and am just able to post a short piece today.
I am still writing my background piece to post here but it is 'slow going' since in part it's emotional for me and I also write when my pain is less.
